1. Platform Scope & Marketplace Natureanyrent.lk operates solely as an online rental classifieds directory and discovery platform designed to connect lessors (owners) and lessees (renters) in Sri Lanka. anyrent.lk is not a rental agency, lessor, property broker, or escrow provider. We do not own, inspect, warrant, insure, or possess any vehicles, properties, machinery, tools, or items advertised on the platform.
2. User Conduct & Listing StandardsAll users posting advertisements agree that:
- Listings must represent genuine, available rental goods or properties located within Sri Lanka.
- All advertised rates, security deposits, specifications, and photographs must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
- Advertisers must have full legal authority and ownership to lease the advertised item or property.
- Commercial sales disguised as rentals, illegal substances, dangerous items, and spam are strictly prohibited.
- anyrent.lk reserves the right to moderate, edit, unpublish, or permanently delete any listing violating platform guidelines without prior notice.
All agreements, rental arrangements, security deposits, payments, deliveries, and returns are conducted directly between the renter and the owner. anyrent.lk holds no custody of funds and does not mediate commercial contracts. Users bear sole responsibility for conducting inspections, verifying credentials, and executing rental agreements.
4. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, anyrent.lk and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the site, non-performance by either party, property damage, personal injury, theft, loss of profits, or fraudulent transactions arising from rental engagements.
5. Governing LawThese terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes relating to platform access shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sri Lanka.
